Nature's Essence

                                     Creek

I have recently come to fully realize the actual beauty of nature. In so many ways, nature holds an essence of beauty that can be attained by little else. The blossom of a red rose, the grace of a gentle waterfall, the smell of the air during a rain storm. So many natural beauties are simply begging to be noticed every day. A towering tree, a lazy duck, the perfect random formation of the clouds that dangle in the sky. These things are so often overlooked in the fast-paced life of today, yet these are the things that are the most soothing to the mind, body and soul. Not excessive booze or fanatical success, but the morning chirp of a pair of song birds, the heavy blanket of light that emits from the great sun.

Now, I’m not saying that I want to join Greenpeace or Al Gore in his hypocritical ways; I am merely expressing my remorse of the loss of joy in simple observation of nature’s sublime characteristics.

A shame it is indeed.

Until next time

It is Time

rafiki Da time has come

For two long years I have served as a low peon barista at a meek job of a most demeaning nature. And, now as tear subside, I put that silly past behind me and begin anew as a customer service representative. In other words, my new job consists of me getting yelled at by buffoons all across the country about matters that have nothing really to do with me

Much more glamrous, right?

Well, at least it is a step up, right? Problem is, I have considerably LESS free time to do… what ever it is that I do with my time. Oh well.

Until next time

FREEDOM

                                              braveheart1

So, check it out, I am officially done with High School. Pretty sweet huh? Funny thing is, because I killed myself with dual-credit classes, I am officially a college sophomore as well.

Oooh it feels great to finally be out of that cursed high school place. With the whiny girls and the crazy drama. It sickened me. But now all of that is over.

HA FREEEEEEEEEEEEEDOM!

100 questions in 24.7 min.

                                  bullpic1

I think I hold the record for fastest exam time. 24.7 minutes on my sociology exam. Seriously, I think I deserve a plaque or something. It truly was a thing of beauty. I mean, who else could rap off Emile Durkheim’s theory on Social power in such a short time.

That’s right, 100 questions in less than a half hour. Now I am just waiting till I have to go back to school…

That sucks

(p.s. Sam I Am?)
